Sample Activities:

 

·       When a student is using technology and the machine won't turn on, the printer won't print, etc., students need to be able to diagnosis simple problems like:

      * is the machine plugged in or is the battery dead,

      * is there a cable or working network card to a printer,

      * is the machine in sleep mode,

      * is the machine password protected so limited people can use, etc.?

 

     Students can develop a checklist to go through with possible solutions before coming to the teacher for help.
