Sample Activities:

 

·     Write an article and take photographs of the projects completed for publication in school newsletters and local newspapers. Students will write a standard cover letter to accompany their article where they will merge the names and addresses of the local newspapers.

 

·     An individual wants to select a career pathway….in an area of interest for future employment and postsecondary and lifelong learning.

 

·     Students will create a spreadsheet address book. Students will create labels in a word processor for their address books in the spreadsheet.

 

·     Students will create a database for a class of 28 students. Students will then merge the database with a word processor to create hall passes for the students for the week. The database may also be used to generate certificates, library passes, etc.
