Cumulative Progress Indicator: 4 - The student will evaluate the role of genetics, gender, age, nutrition, activity level, and exercise type on body composition.

Sample Activities:

 

·        FUTURE FITNESS - Students develop a description of their current fitness plan, paying attention to diet, age, activity level, and any health conditions. Students develop possible changes to the plan at one year, five year and 10-year intervals. Students produce a future fitness plan that reflects the demands of college, work, and family commitments; finances; accessibility; and expanding interests.
