FIT TAG - For this activity, create
five fitness cards. On one side of the card, write the name of one of the
health-related fitness components and on the other side, a related activity
(e.g., cardiorespiratory endurance: jog two laps). Select five students to be
“it” and give each one a fitness card. These students must tag a student who
does not have a card. When a student is tagged, he/she takes the fitness card
and completes the health-related fitness activity on it. Now that student
becomes a tagger and repeats the process. Students cannot tag the student who
tagged them. Conclude the activity
