Theatrical Interpretation: View and describe how interpretation contributes to the aesthetic value of a performance · Show the excepts from Franco Zeffirelli's (1968) Romeo and Juliet. · Students list the positive and negative aspects of the interpretation. · Show excepts from Baz Luhrmann's (1996) production of Romeo and Juliet. · Students list positive and negative aspects of the interpretation. · In small groups, share ideas about the two interpretations.
